Born in the Souther Islands of the Phillipines, Chef Jorom was inspired from a young age by the fresh fish and seafood of his motherland. His culinary path began as an apprentice in Savannah, where committed himself to mastering the art of sushi.
Over the years, Jorom sought out mentorships from master chefs who helped shape an omakase experience rooted in tradition but layered with flavors from his filipino heritage.
In 2022, Jerom moved to Atlanta to share his craft with the local community.
